Ted Miller is a singer-songwriter and a patriotic American who supports America's military men and women in both song and action. He is a cosmopolitan lyricist and has recently completed "Kiss Me (Bésame)" his new album and the title track of his first single from the album that is receiving much attention and rave reviews. In 2000, Ted recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra at London's famed Abbey Road Studios and since has compiled many compositions that we will soon become familiar with as his music is beginning to launch globally.
Ted has participated in several hundred benefit events and charity concerts over the years and has performed for many dignitaries from around the world. He was first honored in the United States Congress back in 2001 by our esteemed congresswoman, Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, chairwoman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, for "A Tribute to America" and his service and dedication to our brave military and veterans. Since then, Ted has been honored with eight Congressional Records.
In 2007, he performed as part of the VA-NMMG series on Capitol Hill for Members of Congress and military veterans at an event honoring all those who selflessly serve and have served our great nation.
In 2010, Miller performed a breathtaking rendition of an original single, "America: Red, White, and Blue for Life" also featured in this album, as part of a dinner concert performed for the American Gold Star Mothers National Banquet in Washington, D.C.
Ted is a Miami, FL, native and attended Gulliver Academy and Gulliver Preparatory High School, graduating from Miami Killian Senior High School. Throughout school and his youth, Ted had an amazing ear as a drummer and actively participated in tennis and every sport imaginable. Prior to graduating from college, Ted had a Tennis Scholarship at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, N.J. He is a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Marketing.
Growing up, Ted would spend part of the year upstate New York with his family and grandparents who originated from Greece. His mother is a New York native and father originally from Virginia, a U.S. Army veteran. Ted spends his time working between Miami New York and Connecticut, where he is currently residing. Miami born and raised, when in Florida, he can be found exercising in and around the beautiful beaches along Miami Beach and Key Biscayne. His hobbies include tennis, walking and swimming, and has a strong passion for love of family, friends and fans.
